The Route Table Profiling feature is a statistics collection mechanism to record routing table churn or routing instabilities.The collection facilities are intended to identify route flapping over brief time intervals. The time interval for each sample, or sampling interval, is a fixed value and is set at 5 seconds.
The command is ‘ip route profile’ in global configuration mode
can be viewed with the ‘show ip route profile’ command in exec mode
